Cash In A Wink gives you access to view Personal Data in your account for the purpose of updating that Personal Data. You can review and/or update your personal data at your customer portal on our website or by contacting Customer Service.

COLLECTION AND USE OF BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION FOR PURPOSES OF COLLECTING LOAN PAYMENTS:

If we extend credit to a consumer, we will consider the bank account information provided by the consumer as eligible for us to process payments against. In addition, as part of our information collection process, we may detect additional bank accounts under the ownership of the consumer. We will consider these additional accounts to be part of the application process and eligible for payment retrieval.

WE DO NOT COLLECT DATA FROM CHILDREN:

The information and services provided by us or by our affiliates, sponsors, and advertisers, are not intended to be viewed by children (under 18 years old). No information collected from children is knowingly collected or used for any purpose whatsoever, including marketing and promotional purposes, either inside or outside Cash In A Wink.
